Trashed and Wasted

Trashed and Wasted is an innovative food and drink event dedicated to consuming what usually gets left behind. Join Sanagan’s on March 1st at Wychwood Barns as we and other like-minded chefs from great places such as Porchetta & Co, Oliver & Bonacini, Arepa Cafe, Montgomery’s Restaurant, Rainhard Brewery and Yongehurst Distillery put the taste back into waste. Materials repurposing projects will include works by Elee Design, Sumo Project, Paradigm Architects, David Reale Design and B+H Architects.

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO SECOND HARVEST.
